These terms govern your use of Arcful, a macOS application created and maintained by the developer. By downloading, installing, or using Arcful, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.
Arcful is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. When you buy a license you receive a perpetual license to use Arcful, including all updates to the major version you purchased, with no recurring fee. Future major versions may be offered as a separate paid upgrade. The license is granted to you, the purchaser, for your personal or business use.
A single license covers installation and use on up to three Macs that you own or control. To enforce this limit, Arcful records a small activation record for each Mac it is activated on (see the Privacy Policy). You may deactivate a Mac to free up a slot for another. The license is for your use and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared with people outside your household or organization.
Arcful includes a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate it before buying. During the trial the software is fully functional. When the trial period ends, Arcful scales back to a limited free tier until a license is entered — your rings and settings are kept. No payment details are required to start the trial.
Purchases use Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe’s merchant of record service. Stripe handles payment, applicable tax collection, and transaction support. Checkout and receipts may display Link, Stripe’s service for purchases and customer support. Stripe’sConsumer Terms andPrivacy Policy also apply to your purchase. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of Arcful, and not to redistribute the software or its license keys. You are responsible for your own system and for the actions you launch through Arcful.
Arcful is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Arcful. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
