Refund Policy

The goal is for you to be genuinely happy with Arcful. If it is not the right fit, getting your money back should be easy and free of friction. This policy explains how refunds work and how to request one.

30-day no-hassle refunds

Every purchase of Arcful comes with a 30-day, no-hassle refund. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you can ask for a full refund. You do not need to justify your request or jump through hoops — a short note is all it takes.

Try before you buy

Arcful also offers a 14-day free trial, so you can evaluate the full app before spending anything. The trial and this refund window together mean you can be confident Arcful works for you before you commit.

How to request a refund

There are two ways to request a refund:

Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement is determined by your bank or card provider. When a purchase is refunded, the associated license is deactivated.

Why the policy is this simple

Arcful is a one-time purchase from an independent developer, not a subscription that quietly renews. There is no incentive to make leaving difficult. A straightforward refund window keeps the relationship honest: you only keep paying for Arcful if it genuinely earns a place in how you work. If something goes wrong or the app is not what you expected, a quick message is enough to make it right.
