Arcful is built to respect your privacy. The application runsentirely offline on your Mac. It has no telemetry, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. It does not build a profile of you, and it does not phone home to report what you launch or how you use it. This policy explains the only two places where any data is involved.
Your rings, items, shortcuts, and settings live on your own machine. Arcful does not transmit your configuration, the apps and files you open, your keystrokes, or your usage anywhere. There is no account to create and no cloud sync.
Purchases use Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe’s merchant of record service. Stripe processes the information required for your purchase, such as your email address, payment details, and applicable tax information. ItsPrivacy Policy explains how Stripe uses this information. The developer does not receive or store your full payment card details. Our license service stores your purchase reference and email address to issue and support your license.
To enforce the three-Mac activation limit described in the Terms of Service, Arcful stores a small activation record when you activate a license on a Mac. This record contains only:
This information is used solely to confirm your license is valid and to keep the number of active Macs within the licensed limit. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
The developer does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and does not share it with third parties except as strictly necessary to process the purchase (Stripe Managed Payments) and operate the licensing service described above. There are no third-party advertising or analytics services embedded in the app or its licensing.
